ASC offers customers the choice of a Custom Repair. Your starter will be inspected, pre-tested and disassembled by our starter fully trained technicians and then returned to like-new operating condition using genuine American Made ASC parts. We consult with you throughout the process and return a Certified Repair.

How It Works

1. Contact ASC for an RGA number.
2. You send (or we can make arrangements to pick-up) your starter to ASC for a thorough inspection by one of our Certified Technicians.
3. Your ASC Customer Service Representative will contact you with a price quotation and repair schedule before any repairs proceed.
4. With the customer’s approval repairs are completed and the unit is returned. (usually the same day)
